It was a wonderful time at Hotel Alex Zermatt. we had the pleasure to spend a weekend for our couple birthday. Not only hotel was incredible with a real « soul », special places to welcome you and many activities (huge swimming pool, sauna, hammam, tennis, squash, cigar lounge), great cocktails, the luxurious suite is beautiful and with a view on the Matterhorn… but the staff and the owner are lovely and dedicated to make you enjoy your stay! Fully recommend it and we’ll definitely come back to this place!

Amazing hotel right in the centre of Zermatt with fantastic staff. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed and so nice.

The Hotel Simi is 300 metres from the Zermatt train station. All cable cars, lifts and countless shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' walk.

My wife and I spent one night in Olympia Hotel during our climbing trip in Saastal. Beautiful location! Great views on the mountains surrounding the valley. Very quite place which we appreciated a lot! Very good breakfast. We stayed in one of deluxe double rooms with beautiful old swiss style furniture. Definitely worth recommending!

I was a little disturbed to see the low scores of other guests before checking in, but the actual situation is very satisfactory, which completely exceeded my expectations. For the price in Switzerland, the room is clean, the breakfast is rich, the parking is convenient, the staff is friendly, what can I complain about? All I can say is that the off-season hotels are cheap, but that doesn't mean the hotels are low quality and cheap. I will stay again if given the chance.

Extremely welcoming, first you get a welcome drink on the beautiful sun terrace looking directly at the Matterhorn. Then you get a tour of the hotel. All the staff were so friendly. We booked the sky light room, so no outside view or balcony but it was still outstanding. There's so much outside space to sit and view the mountains so we didn't feel it was necessary. The spa..... no words other than wow! We booked this place to relax after a week trekking and it was perfect.
