The hotel has a good warm atmosphere and I felt myself home. The house has a beautiful furniture and design, with excellent quality and condition. The single bed was huge and very comfortabel. In the bathroom there was not only a shower, but also a bathtube - how nice. In the room it was silent. The breakfast room is comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. I had to leave very early and the hotel chef kindly made possible that I got a good breakfast bag with me and could drink a cup of coffee in the morning. In a building beside the hotel there are joga lessons and other activities, where you can go even once - unfortunately I did not have time to do this. I would like to come again to this hotel, it was a nice surprise!

Pluspunten · Unfortunately the whole family got sick on our trip to Switzerland. Apart from the huge dissapointment of not being able to enjoy our winter holiday, Jedrek and the other staff did everything they could to make us feel better and really took care of us. They even offered to walk our dog if we weren't able to do so ourselves and even though they were very busy still managed to smile after the 100th request from our side to make something (pancakes, porridge etc) for our little girl! Thanks a lot guys.

Amazing hotel right in the centre of Zermatt with fantastic staff. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed and so nice.

The Hotel Simi is 300 metres from the Zermatt train station. All cable cars, lifts and countless shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' walk.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Quite location with an easy access to dining and entertainment. Free taxi from the train station (and it is actually a walking distance from the station anyway). Quick access to two of the ski areas (did not have a chance to test the access to the Glacier ski area due to weather conditions).
