It was our second time a this hotel- the staff were lovely as always. The hotel lobby and restaurant were recently renovated and it looks beautiful. The rooms are a good size. Nice balconies with lovely views. Bathrooms feel recently updates and clean and fresh. The restaurant is well known and the food is excellent. The breakfast spread is really really good. Feels very homey.

The Ermitage Wellness & SPA Hotel in Schönried - Gstaad is located on a sunny terrace above Gstaad in the middle of a park. It offers panoramic views of the Saanenland and the surrounding mountains.

The place is really beautiful and clean. It really created a relaxing environment which is what we were looking for. We got upgraded to a Junior suite a really nice surprise.

The great hospitality of the friendly host who provides great communication prior to arrival and recommendations of ski guides. Highly recommend you take the half board option and enjoy superb dinners prepared by host chef. 5 star cuisine. I slept so well because of the soft pillows n bed.

It was perfect in every way. The attention to detail and amazing waiters and waitresses just outstanding. Gorgeous hotel, most amazing facilities, incredible service, stunning location, beautiful spa and indoor, outdoor swimming pool. Everyone was absolutely delightful and helpful. It was memorable every moment. Divine music at dinner, outstanding musicians.

The staff were kind and fantastic, Bouchra, Marco, Ivan, Nick and Milton, and provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were also fantastic. The restaurant’s food was very delicious and we were so happy that the chef catered to our allergy requirements (without black pepper). The location is fantastic and the price was very good. The decor is beautiful.
