I had a wonderful time staying at the apartment. It's a great place for one person. The fact the bed folds up gives you plenty of room during the day. The bed itself was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The location of the property is excellent, it's a walking distance from the train station, the Schatzalp train, the city center and the congress center. The place is very clean and very quiet, has all that one person needs. The hostess is very nice and attentive.

The location and the facilities are great. They run regular shuttles from/to key ski stations nearby. What we liked the most is how incredibly nice every single person from the staff was with us. We were travelling with children and they were super flexible and helpful at all times. Totally recommended for families. Our children loved the kid’s club.

Great location right opposite the train station. The hotel staff could not have done more to be friendly and welcoming, and were extremely helpful. The rooms were a good size and with a small balcony. The hotel was clean and had an excellent breakfast, plus a choice of restaurant or bar food for dinner. We tried both and the food was very good. The breakfast had a good selection.

Everything was simply perfect. Two days in this hotel felt like a week's holiday elsewhere and we came back fully recovered. Our 7 and 9 YO kids loved it and we had to promise them to be back next year. The mini golf park was a highlight for them, but also the fantastic breakfast, the kind staff, the spa facilities were very convincing. And I haven't even mentioned the surrounding - the hotel is situated perfectly for a bike ride along the trails.
