Very tasty breakfast with local products. Great selection of cheeses including honey comb honey. The view is beautiful, from the balcony you can see the lake and the mountains. The cards provided helped us discover the surroundings which are absolutely beautiful.

Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Carinzia is centrally located in Tröpolach, a few steps away from Millennium Express Cable Car. The large spa area boasts an indoor and outdoor pool.

The hotel is well located right by the ski station with the hotel ski depot being just 20 meters away. Breakfast had a large variety of choices, there was a complimentary hearthy lunch with an above average selection and the dinner was superb (combination of farmers market buffet and served fine dining dishes). The spa was conveniently divided into two parts, the first being for everyone with a warm pool that connects to the outside and with the second part being reserved for adults with saunas and an additional pool, jaccuzzi, cold plunge etc. (really good selection although it is a mandatory nude area). Parking was also taken care of with plenty of parking spots outside free of charge or alternatively you can use the parking garage for a surcharge of around 15eur/day. Besides skiing and enjoying the spa there is also a lot of space to socialize (lounges, game rooms, pool and chess room etc.).

Offering a garden and mountain view, Ski&Bike Nassfeld Apartments is situated in Hermagor, 21 km from Bergbahnen Nassfeld Gondola and 25 km from Terra Mystica Mine.

Super friendly host made us feel very welcome. We stayed one night on transit. The room is very big and comfortable. Excellent modern bathroom. We were offered a delicious morning cappuccino by the host, who gave us tips for our next destination. Highly recommended.

Hotel Berghof is right next to the Drautal-Berg 9-hole golf course and is run by two enthusiastic Dutch owners.

Absolutely fantastic very special hotel situated right on the lake shore with breathtaking view, authentic design - you feel like you step into museum, amazing atmosphere, I would call it “boutique” hotel. Fortunately we got the same room where once the younger brother of the Austrian emperor Franz Joseph I stayed! Great staff, kind, friendly and helpful! Delicious breakfast offering even sparkling wine! We enjoyed sauna and steam bath following lake swim as well. Highly recommended!
