This hotel is incredible. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast, lunch/snack, and dinner included in the room price was exceptional. The location and views are stunning - one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Room was large and comfortable, very clean, great beds/pillows. An absolute treat from start to finish.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional amenities and services provided. The indoor pool was a delightful escape, allowing for a relaxing swim regardless of the weather outside. We booked the Familiensuite Superior and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated—everything was perfect. The location is also great, right next to a mall and in the city center. There’s a large playground nearby for the kids, and several ice cream shops within a five-minute walk. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains, which was truly amazing. The spa area is decent, and the kids absolutely loved it. The food was also quite good, with enough variety to suit everyone’s tastes. Parking was convenient as well—there’s a spacious underground garage directly connected to the hotel, making it easy to bring your luggage up using the hotel's trolleys and elevator.

Surrounded by a park, Crystls Aparthotel is located opposite the Star Jet 1 Ski Lift and the world-cup slope in Flachau, in the heart of the Ski Amadé region.

The food was amazing, it was tasteful and it looked super pretty. The staff was super friendly and attentive and we had a lovely evening in this nice restaurant area. Our room was clean and we loved the style as well as the pillows, I am normally very picky 😅 altogether we enjoyed the landscape, the cosy atmosphere, the staff was excellent and our romantic trip was a full success. We will come again for sure

The food was excellent and the presentation was outstanding. You would have to go to a high class/ Michelin star restaurant to find food and presentation like this. The owner, his family and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very near the ski lift, about 450m away. There was a ski bus that could collect you from outside the hotel. Parking at the ski lift was free. The area surrounding the hotel is very scenic. Radstadt town centre is a 20 minute walk away from the hotel. There are paved paths for cycling and walking between Radstadt and Altenmarkt that pass through beautiful countryside. Electric mountain bikes and regular mountain bikes are available for hire at the hotel. The hotel also has a golf course for the summer season.
