Absolutely fantastic very special hotel situated right on the lake shore with breathtaking view, authentic design - you feel like you step into museum, amazing atmosphere, I would call it “boutique” hotel. Fortunately we got the same room where once the younger brother of the Austrian emperor Franz Joseph I stayed! Great staff, kind, friendly and helpful! Delicious breakfast offering even sparkling wine! We enjoyed sauna and steam bath following lake swim as well. Highly recommended!

This room is large and very clean, quiet and with comfortable beds. There is a nice bathroom, equipped with a comfortable bathtub. The breakfast is varied and plentiful and is delivered by the owners with great kindness: you always feel at ease! Very good breakfast. Location next to ski lifts and Terme St. Katherin. However if you do not stay long public Terme are not needed. Kolmhof have own very nice SPA zone with saunas and quite big heated outdoor swimming pool. Really great.
