Kidness, excellent staff organisation, clean rooms, warm swimming pool and sauna world. Various breakfast and interesting dinner menu with more options for children. The wine selection is fitting to the menu. Even we were not travelling with pets, the hotel is absolutly pet friendly. Placed in a very quiet and beatiful part of the city.

Dating back to 1838, Villa Solitude is situated next to the casino in the centre of Bad Gastein. It offers elegantly furnished accommodation with wooden floors and antique furniture.

Breakfast at Villa Solitude cost more than the actual accommodation stay !! It was a complete rip-off the prices they were charging.

Great area, free parking, back yard for regular dog walks, even big enough for some training or throwing a ball. Hiking paths starting just around the corner, some along the river so our dog had a chance to refresh. Staff is very friendly, there are dog treats at the reception, dog bed and bowls in the room and you also get package of dog treats on your arrival. Ski areals very close and room safe enough to leave your dog behind if you wanna do some skiing. There was also a great sauna which we had the chance to use every day, since there were barely any guests during our vacation. Beds where comfy and the room was sunny and large with a nice kitchen. Staff communicated on whatsapp, giving us updates on the ski conditions and answering any questions we had. There was also a manual with recommendations for hiking, restaurants etc. Overall, we had a great time and hope to come back in the futue.

The wellness hotel Das Alpenhaus Gasteinertal is located in the center of Bad Hofgastein, close to the Kurpark, pedestrian area and ski lifts. Free WiFi is available.

Great breakfast with lots of vegan options. The dinner is also excellent and very vegan friendly. The hotel is located in a very pleasant town, from which there are several beautiful hiking trails.

Beautiful hotel with a great wellness area. Very good breakfast & dinner. Perfect place for ski holidays. A lot of entertainment activities in the evening. Every morning hotel visitors received a brochure with most important information about the weather and other daily activities
