this was a booking for our guests and after hearing their opinions, like any IHG hotels in the area, it was phenomenal. service was spot on, hospitality was great. breakfast was unexpectedly good as per them, the selection of dishes was lavish. The dinner service was really hitting the mark. we also rented out a meeting room for them that they also liked. cleanliness was amazing with good attention to detail. we booked 5 rooms for 5 of our guests and they all loved it, will definitely be booking and recommending any business stays with Crowne Plaza in the future.
