My wife and I only stayed at Eglinton Valley Camp for one night, and we really wish we had been there longer! It was absolutely wonderful! The room itself was amazing - spacious, comfortable, warm, and it had a kitchen where we were able to cook our dinner. The price was very reasonable, and the view was incredible. We unfortunately got rained out for most of the time we were there, so we definitely need to come back. I would recommend a stay at Eglinton Valley Camp to anyone!

When you arrive and realise this is exactly the kind of place you’ve always wanted to try, you know you’re in for something special. We were warmly welcomed, with everything explained to us — including a heads-up about road conditions for the next morning (very thoughtful!). If you’re heading to Milford Sound and need a place to stay for two nights, this is perfect. It’s like camping in style — warm, cosy, and surrounded by nature. The peace is amazing, and waking up to that lake view in the morning… wow, pure magic. My tip: stop by a supermarket beforehand and bring something to cook here. You won’t want to leave what I call a truly magical place (for those who value nature and experience over five-star luxury). I can only say thank you for everything.

This mobile home has an electric kettle and toaster. Bedding and towel hire is available at the office. I spent amazing night in this cozy little house. Host was nice and friendly.
