The views are beautiful, and the cabin is so cosy. This was our favourite place we stayed on our family holiday to New Zealand.

This was the best thing for our mental health and our marriage. So relaxing and private and quiet with the sounds of nature and bird song. Loved not hearing traffic and really feeling that difference between city and country. We enjoyed all the extra touches like the marshmallows and the hot water bottles. The outdoor bath was huge and incredible! It was awesome to be able to cook for ourselves and that fireplace was the best. A little piece of heaven. After a month travelling it was just what i needed. Cosy cottage was quiet and had a deck where i could do my yoga in private. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby for 3 nights. The kitchen was basic but enough to cook a simple meal. A hot shower and clean bathroom. Rested ready for my next bit of travel.

Situated 6 km from Foxton in a quiet location, Foxton Beach Holiday Park is just a 5-minute drive to the beach. Free private parking is available on site. This place is a must see and stay! We had a large room with TV which had Netflix and other programs and it was so beautiful and so clean. Spotless!

Surrounded by orchards, Te Mata Views Resort boasts a hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna and ice bath, free Wi-Fi and accommodation with an outdoor area offering lovely garden and mountain views. Guests can enjoy bicycles for rent. Very nice, people are very friendly and acomdating wonderful place.

Stunning views and really well thought out accommodation. Totally private with the relaxing sounds of the river and sheep. Comfy bed, good shower water pressure with a BBQ and well stocked kitchen (toaster, coffee plunger etc). We didn't use any heating as it was warm but could see they have indoor and outdoor heating. Self check in was easy and lovely hosts messaged us everything we needed to know. A wonderful stay and we will be back!

We enjoyed almost everything associated with the Luxury Beach Bus. Mary greeted us warmly as did Nui, her dog. The bus fixtures and fittings are top quality and the bed led to an excellent nights sleep. There were biscuits and bottled water and other little treats that enhanced our stay. We were warm and comfortable inside the bus during a coolish night. Very quiet as well. It is a shame we were unable to stay longer. Highly recommended to people looking for a different style of accommodation. If we visit Wanganui again, the Luxury Bus is our first choice for accommodation.
