I travel a lot, and I can honestly say this was one of my best experiences. Shivapuri Heights Cottage is a fantastic place with absolutely stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and a feeling of being completely taken care of. The service was outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. My room (tent) was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It had two terraces, and one with a private jacuzzi felt like a dream with a breathtaking view. Watching the sunset and sunrise from there felt magical. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, charm, and serenity. I can’t recommend Shivapuri Heights Cottage highly enough. A special mention to Ramita, the manager, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the experience truly exceptional.

At sunrise, we were lucky enough to see the Himalayas from the roof, as well as from the teracce during the breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious, and some of the vegetables were from the hotel's garden. We enjoyed a wonderful hike all day long with Shankar and saw tiny Nepalese villages, vivid yellow mustard flowers, and orange trees while picking up some oranges. Before sunset, we crossed the river and came to Shiva's Trishul. The staff was very kind and friendly. We felt like at home. The property has a great location and exceeded our expectations! They had warm bathrobes and hot water in a bathroom.
