From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent—they reached out via WhatsApp with all the necessary details, making everything easy and straightforward. Upon arrival, we were picked up by jeep from the entrance, as the road to the campsite is a bit rough, but it’s only a 5-minute ride. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks, and the staff assisted us with our luggage. The food was delicious—lunch was flavorful and a bit spicy for our taste, but still very tasty. After lunch, we took a complementary walk around the campsite, which was a great way to enjoy the surroundings. We then watched a stunning sunset while enjoying some snacks prepared by the staff. The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite, making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Dinner was also fantastic, and the following morning, we went on a safari. While we didn’t have luck spotting leopards, we saw elephants, crocodiles, birds, deer, and peacocks. The safari was a memorable experience, though the driver seemed a bit rushed at times. Before the safari, we were served coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. Afterward, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast, and the staff arranged our transportation back. The jeep took us to the entrance, and once again, the staff helped with our luggage. The hut itself was charming, well-maintained, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the large bathroom had everything we needed. The location truly made us feel immersed in nature while still providing all the comforts. There were also friendly and well-behaved dogs on the property, adding to the homely feel. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience at Yala Wild Hut and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, nature-filled stay with great hospitality!

Yala Mobile Camping provided the perfect balance of adventure and comfort. Our tent was incredibly comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Thanks to our amazing guide, we had thrilling leopard sightings and countless other wildlife encounters. one night stay inside the national park ,its another experience for lifetime. in night we saw the Sloth bear and Leopard come close to our tent. staff is very knowledgeable they handle the encounter situation very politely. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants an authentic, luxurious, and truly wild stay in Yala.

The staff set up a beautiful candlelit dinner under the stars for us. It was incredibly intimate and cozy—honestly, pure magic! The whole camp has such a lovely, intimate atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can relax and unwind completely. We absolutely loved every second!

Amazing deluxe room in Green Villa. Spacious, clean and good AC. Family very friendly, relaxed, flexible. We were generously treated with mangoes and other fruits from the garden. They have over 5 species of mango (consider it a local mango tasting). Swimming pool clean and close to the lake. Kind dogs that help protect from a friendly elephant visit (who also wanted a nightly mango tasting).

Situated in Yala, less than 1 km from Situlpawwa, Kulu Safaris - All Inclusive features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. Superb service, great location, delicious food. We were especially well looked after by Ajith and Rohana. The safaris were very enjoyable due to their knowledge. The lodge is set in an idealistic location. We had meals at different places within the compound which was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Situated in Tanamalwila, 34 km from Udawalawe National Park and 26 km from Tissa Wewa, Thanamal-villa features accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden with a barbecue. Our favourite style of accommodation is always a little home in the middle of nature. This little villa was exactly what we like. The room is equipped with a fan and a mosquito net - our two most treasured 20th century appliances. (There’s also an ac, but we prefer natural ventilation.) Best of all, we opened both sets of windows to invite a cool evening breeze. Authentic SL restaurants are a short walk to the main road. Peacocks roam freely and their calls are a comfort in the crisp morning air. Prasad was always very attentive, and helped out whenever we needed something. He’s such a beautiful and kind host. And his mum made the best coconut roti! Thank you for your great hospitality - we loved everything about our stay with you!
