The tent includes a shared bathroom equipped with slippers. Guests can benefit from a patio and outdoor furniture. The unit offers 1 bed. Excellent price to quality ratio and very well located near the gate while remaining super private. The tents and shared toilets are amazingly clean, which is rare for a budget rented camp. You can see giraffes and zebras from your tent, which is incredible. Best of all has to be the staff - Nelson and the team are always ready to help and very friendly. The food by Chef Nelson is excellent and they’re very flexible to dietary restrictions. All in all, I was very glad I chose this place compared to other expensive lodges.

This tent has a seating area, a balcony, garden views and a shared bathroom. The unit has 2 beds. The owner of the camp has assembled a great team of commited people. They provided us with everything: information, transport, guide and superb food. In fact, you can have the camp arrange your game drives in the Masai Mara and your transport from and to Nairobi, all at very competetive rates. The owner, Magdy, will explain everything to you through WhatsApp. All the accomodation and facilities are safe and clean (but opt for the larger and more comfortable rooms!). I did a lot of research before my booking, and I think Greenwood (also recommended in the Lonely Planet guide book, by the way) is among the best choices, if you are on a budget. Go there!

Sitting on a shady raised platform facing the Talek river, each luxury tent covers approximately 26sqm and is fitted with a queen size bed or 2 twin beds. from start to finish, Mara intrepids was a beautiful magical experience! this was in large part due to our amazing game drivers, Joab and Mark. They were perfect pair who complemented each other - Joab is the most experienced and knowledgeable driver we could have asked for, and Mark is currently training but you wouldn’t be able to tell - his knowledge, enthusiasm and passion is so clear for all to see. They made an amazing team who were lucky to form a family with for 5 days and see such incredible moments. everyone at reception - daisy and Cecilia- were amazing and so helpful. We can’t wait to go back and for anyone going we can’t recommend Intrepids enough - and request Joab and Mark!

Providing free toiletries, this tent includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and slippers. Super location with tents spaced out between private winding paths on a hill with a view. Dining area with fireplace and washroom. Tents with washroom also. Great dinner was an added bonus. This was super for a group of work colleagues visiting the park.

The fireplace is a top feature of this tent. The well-equipped kitchenette has a stovetop, a refrigerator and kitchenware. The staff were amazing! Jackline has an amazing property and Sammy and the whole team were incredibly hospitable and made our stay very comfortable.
