In a beautiful ‘get away from it all’ location, Oldonyo Orok Lodge is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of life. The cabins are set in quiet areas, set apart from one another. They are very roomy and comfortable. Animals are close by and a firm favourite favourite for us was the orphan giraffe. Patrick and his staff were absolutely fantastic. Amazing food. Nothing was too much trouble- even preparing a very early breakfast (5.15 am) for us and sending us off with a delicious packed lunch for our day in Amboseli.

The place had all the necesities anyone would need, while Brian helpped us with anything we wanted to do. The motorbike safari around Amboseli is also very recommended, we saw elephants next to Mount Kilimanjaro which was amazing. Also the views from the cabin of Kilimanjaro where astonishing. We really recommend the place, next time we go to Loitokitok we are staying there for sure

We are so glad that after a long search for the right accommodation in Amboseli we found Olemayian. Levi, David and Silvia are wonderful hosts and made sure we had a really great stay. The Kenyan food David cooked was fantastic and we were able to learn about the area and the Masai people who live there. The tour with John, our tour guide, was just amazing. We would love to come back and can 100% recommend the accommodation with its beautiful cottages.
