The campground is well set up and we had everything we needed to ensure a cozy stay. They provided sleeping bags in addition to regular bedding since it was a cold night (on top of heaters). They also have a lot of kitchen items for use which was fun to choose from! The addition of the deck and foot onsen during sunset was spectacular! The food that we arranged was great! We would stay here again.

The private onsen was another highlight, which you can book at your preferred time—a perfect way to relax after a long day in the snow. They also offer discounted ski lift passes, which is a great bonus for skiers and snowboarders. But what really made my stay exceptional was Taka’s hospitality. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. His pick-up and drop-off service was a lifesaver, and he even helped carry my heavy luggage to my room and onto the car—something that not every hotel would do. His warm and welcoming nature truly made me feel at home, and his dedication to making guests comfortable is beyond impressive. If you're looking for a hotel with great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding hospitality, Hotel Soyokaze is the perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again!

It was Christmas so my partner and I had enough space and were able to add a tree to the living room.
