He was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. His pick-up and drop-off service was a lifesaver, and he even helped carry my heavy luggage to my room and onto the car—something that not every hotel would do. His warm and welcoming nature truly made me feel at home, and his dedication to making guests comfortable is beyond impressive. If you're looking for a hotel with great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding hospitality, Hotel Soyokaze is the perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again!
