The view was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We payed for the BBQ which was a great experience, the food was yum and they give you clear instructions on how to cook (great for us as we can’t cook LOL). The hut we slept in, was so cozy, warm and very clean. Definitely our favorite place so far. Highly recommend.

The staff were lovely. The food was some of the best we've had so far in 2 weeks across Japan staying at similar priced Onsens. The baths were amazing. The tech in the Onsen uses your mobile phone for QR code access to the property, to contact staff and to see when the baths were available - it was very convenient.

It's a magic place. The staff was amazing with us even we didn't speak the language, they tried very hard to communicate with us and provide us with the best service. That is the type of attention that differentiates them even more. The dome was incredible. The bathrooms were super clean and they have many amenities such as soap, dryer, toothbrush, etc.
