We will not forget the 'welcome Turkey' of my beautiful brother from Yemen who offered unlimited tea flavored with Artemisia. And the Bedouin tea and smiling face of dear Bilal in the valley.

The views over the valley and across the mountains is exceptional, you can see Dana village to your left, the call to prayer resounding around the mountains and the sunset beautiful. We had some of the best food in Jordan, home to home in the best sense. We went hiking in the mountains one morning and otherwise soaked in all the surroundings for the remainder of our 2 night stay. I can't recommend the hosts and the place highly enough. It was so serene and the hospitality was exceptional.

I got such a warm welcome from the time I arrived to the time I left, the food is excellent, and the facilities are good considering it is very much a work in progress. The location is fantastic and the story of the lodge is inspiring.

The location was very good with a very good spot to watch the sunset. The host went above and beyond in regarding our wishes for breakfast and dinner. We are both vegetarians and the food provided was delicious. We definitely recommend to overnight at this location!

This tent features a shared bathroom, a private entrance and garden views. The unit offers 2 beds. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Dana Eco Lodge. From the moment we booked, Ghaleb, the lodge manager, was incredibly responsive and professional. He confirmed our arrival details in advance, arranged a smooth pick-up, and helped us plan our hiking route with a fantastic local guide. The hike was a highlight — we saw unique local plants and herbs, and brewed tea like true Bedouins in a wide-open desert space. It was an authentic, grounding experience. The next morning, we set off on a different trail with the same guide, who was once again perfectly punctual and prepared, offering us fresh tea and warm conversation. Ghaleb truly goes above and beyond. He is attentive to every detail, and whatever he promises, he follows through without delay.
