The hosts, Sakhi and Sunny, go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels at home, they’re warm, attentive, and create an atmosphere that’s both comfortable and memorable. They came up with different brainer games being on a solo trip I was not on my phone all the time which is a point to be noted and highlight how engaging they are. The volunteers Georgie, Ritwik, and Twishi are absolutely amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, and always bring great energy to the place. Whether it’s sharing local tips, helping with anything you need, or just having a good conversation, they make the experience even better. If you’re looking for a stay filled with kindness, welcoming people, and genuine hospitality, I highly recommend Sunny’s Hostel!

Absolutely fantastic for relaxing and surrounded by a unique variety of nature. 🌴 The host took care of us and our concerns in a courteous manner at all times. As the accommodation was a bit remote from Gokarna, the host offered us two scooters, so we could drive to the beautiful beaches of Gokarna. We were happy to live away from the hustle and bustle and to be able to observe so many beautiful and rare animals. We were able to get a tuk tuk driver for other excursions (such as to the Yana Caves and waterfalls). He also arranged a cab driver for us for the onward journey at a fair price.
