Everything was good. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help. The territory is clean, bed is comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, free drinking water. Hot water in the shower, good Wi-Fi. And the hostel is very well located, not on the main road, so it's not noisy, but close to everything.
Located in Mompiche, less than 1 km from Mompiche Beach, Maracumbo Lodge provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.

I really recommend Maracumbo hostel to anyone who wants to enjoy Mompiche without being in the middle of the noise :) it’s just 300 metres from the beach, immersed in the nature, a very quiet place.
Christian is super super kind and easy going, and he also gives surfing tips ;)
Very very recommended!
I loved my month’s stay here; my room had a tree-house feel and an en-suite, with a hot shower; a real luxury! The WIFI was excellent and there was always a nice breeze; there’s an amazing covered deck with the best of vibes where everyone hangs out on hammocks; and the owner; Martin is the chilliest host ever; the place feels like being part of a family the moment you put down your bags. Oh and there’s the sweetest of dogs and the beautiful puppies to play with; I miss them terribly!
