The dome we stayed in was comfortable. The area is quiet so it was nice to hear the sounds of nature arround you. We felt peace and was able to disconecr from our busy last days in Costa Rica.

They offered us a coconut juice upon arrival. The breakfast was really good, the orange juice was fresh orange juice. There is AC in the tent and a fan, it was cool and smelled really nice. It's surrounded by nature, the shower area was so beautiful, it's outside and you get the full nature experience. There is no bus to el mirador from miramar, so make sure you plan yourself well to get there. I was informed by a local that the taxis from miramar charge 15 000 colones to go to el mirador ( its a 15 minute car ride from miramar to el mirador). If you're leaving from san jose, you have to take a bus from san jose to barranca then you have to take a bus from barranca to miramar. The bus from barranca to san jose, it's roughly 1h30 minutes or 2 hours, depending on the bus and route you take. When we returned to san jose, the bus from miramar to barranca cost us 1000 colones for 2, and the bus from barranca to san jose cost 7000 colones each. It's a very romantic place, we had a good time. Also, make sure you are not bothered by bugs, because at times at night, bugs come inside the tent, spiders, flys, we had to put the AC on and we also closed the lights to prevent more of them from coming inside. If you have anxiety with bugs, spiders, then think carefully, as there will be bugs in the toilet area and inside the tent. It's a unique experience, I really loved it. It was raining when we arrived, so we were laying down, watching the rain, and enjoying the beautiful view. You can see the full moon in the middle of the night, very beautiful moment. Also when you cook, the kitchen is outside, so make sure you buy a mosquito spray because there is a lot of mosquitos in the area or you can just order from local restaurants, cost us 11 000 colones for two meals and that was including delivery.

Tent set up in an elevated deck with panoramic views. Private kitchen fully equipped and private bathroom with amenities. We loved our stay at Chira glamping. It exceeded our expectations. Amazing facilities, comfortable bed, incredible views and so peaceful and relaxing. Great products in the room as well. Everything was so clean and we were really well looked after by Douglas. Breakfast was also lovely.

Guests will have a special experience as the tent offers a hot tub. The tent's kitchenette is available for cooking and storing food.

The tent provides a private entrance, a tea and coffee maker, a terrace with garden views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 1 bed. An unforgettable glamping experience in Costa Rica. I was looking for peace and a connection with nature — and found so much more. The sound of the river, forest trails, and bird-filled mornings were magical. The dome is comfortable, clean, with a kitchen, spacious bathroom, and hot water. Thank you Jenny & Nicolás for creating such a special place. I’ll be back!

The tent offers a private entrance, a seating area, a balcony with mountain views as well as a shared bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 1 futon. The main reason we chose the place wasfor the wild animals, remote place away from the city and tranquility. This is not a luxury suite but a very rustic one. The hosts were very nice and willing to accomodate every request, helping with tours recommendations and any other request.

The tent's kitchenette, which has a microwave and a tea and coffee maker, is available for cooking and storing food. Beautiful location and very friendly host. Very well equipped and comfortable despite being a "tent". Excellent bed, amazing view, tranquil and quiet. Very clean, especially considering the setting.

Loved this place (our favourite place during our Costa Rica vacation). Fantastic location just out of the main town but close to all the activities/experiences that the Monteverde area offers. Brilliantly laid out with new appliances, fantastic finishes and spacious bathroom providing more than enough room for 4 adults to relax and enjoy. The view from the main living area is amazing (even if it is raining) with option to hang out on the deck, in the hot tub or lying in hammocks and enjoy from outside (if it isn't!). Great communication with the hosts beyond the norm making check in/check out an absolute breeze. Would highly recommend staying here for a unique and memorable experience.
