The food was excellent and can be bought to your room. It’s good to have some Spanish to communicate to staff. Despite the language barrier I highly recommend this place. Stunning

The pool with a view is the standout feature of this tent. The tent includes a private bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. Amazing place, quiet, private outdoor shower, little patio in front of every bungalow overlooking the pool, outdoor kitchen has everything you need to make coffee and breakfast, the hosts recommended and helped us book a catamaran tour for us for the next day that turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Tamarindo! Highly recommend!!

I loved staying at Cocolhu. Waking up to the sound of birds and howler monkeys was an amazing experience. The views from the deck and viewing terrace were incredible! The Wi-Fi was solid and the property was just far enough from town that you felt removed from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access all the amenities if you wanted to. Javi and Kelly were amazing hosts and you can tell that they want to make sure you have the best experience while visiting.

The owners/pareja are great people, and they cook up a tasty breakfast. The guests tend to be diverse European, which is excellent. Tanga restaurant for great seafood.

The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, they literally created a magic atmosphere in this place, they made my stay magic. I stayed almost a week instead of a single night! Very clean place, good facilities and the kitchen is complete. There’s free coffee in the morning.

The vibe of this place is so relaxed with staff that makes you feel so welcomed. I have to rave about the food because there are not many updated reviews on the kitchen here. The breakfast every morning was our favorite in Costa Rica. We would get the traditional breakfast with amazing coffee and it was just the perfect start to the day. I was pregnant when I stayed here so, unfortunately, I could not partake in the cocktails but, they looked delicious and they ran special deals on them pretty much every day. I DID however have some of the best smoothies the whole trip here. The watermelon in particular was killer. They also (it sounds like very recently) hired a chef to come in and make a whole sushi menu. My husband and I had a couple of rolls and the surf and turf bowl was exceptional!! The ambience at night with the pool and the LED lights was so relaxing just to sit out there every night and read. Our room was so comfortable and the AC unit worked marvelously…. I cannot say enough good things about this place, absolutely was the highlight of our vacation! I hope we can be back one day with our little girl in the future!

This air-conditioned mobile home includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom as well as a patio. The unit offers 1 bed. The owner of the property, Louis was awesome. He was very welcoming recompensed me awesome spot to visit and made sure we were comfortable. The bed was comfy and the AC was nice to have. There’s a secure area to park your car and the gate makes you feel very safe. Overall I had a great stay. Thank you louis.

Camping area or in the hammocks with access to the communal services of the structure. This is one of the best hostel I ever stayed I booked glamping. Carol was amazing and she is always there to help you with anything you needed. I met some great people in the hostel also close to the beach and all the restaurants Around there. Plus an amazing pool I would recommend it to anyone thanks for the great experience.
