The moment we arrived to Samara, Denis reached out and explained how to get there. Waze works best in Costa Rica. Also if you rent the car, make sure to rent a higher one because some roads are pretty bumpy and you would need to push it. But it’s normal there. Once we arrived, they met us by the entry with warm hello, showed us our place, greeted and let us be. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful, based on our needs. Denis was so helpful. He answered all our questions, always within minutes replies to my messages. He also recommended bunch of places. Our lodge was clean and replenished daily. The view is great, private. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend. Lovely owners! Thank you guys!!!!!!

We appreciated the compost pail in kitchenette and recycling bins, the absence of trash and plastic on the beach and in town. Encouraging sign to do #5minutebeachcleanup to keep the gorgeous beach and water pristine. Helpful advice from owner Ryan, friendly staff. Great breakfast and lovely shaded pool for when it was too hot at beach. Nice water cooler for filling water bottles. Nosara is expensive but sunset swims in Pacific priceless!

This air-conditioned 1-bedroom apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower. The host was so nice and make the spot feel very welcoming. The outdoor kitchen was so fun to use and it felt like our own little paradise waking up ever morning. Sweetie the dog is of course just like her name, such a sweetie and fun to have around. You’re so close to the beach and to town but the vibe doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything. You’re also a pretty close Uber or bus to 2-3 other beaches to check out. This place was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Our Hostel Glamping property has salt Swimmingpool, a rancho with hammocks to chill out. Great stuff and one of the owner is very friendly, she is very attentive to her guess and always bring help if you need it.

Located 54 km from Playa Hermosa, Vida Aventura Nature Park offers accommodation 16 km Rincon de La Vieja National Park. Guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking available on site. Great central location to all the attractions as National Park and Springs. Delicious dinner offered by the host (home made) which was the testiest that we ate in Costa Rica for good price. Quiet and isolated surroundings. Welcoming host who advised on on best attractions , logistics decisions and everything!

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, garden and views of pool, Ubuntu Glamping is situated in Guanacaste, 35 km from Edgardo Baltodano Stadium. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests can access the holiday park via private entrance. This glamping experience was comfortable. Each glamping unit has a fully equipped kitchen. This glamping resort is in a community so you will hear your typical sounds of kids playing and roosters, but this did not impact my stay. It was nice to be immersed in the neighborhood and culture of San Blas.
