There were electric outlets in the tent and even a fan. The beach is cleaned and very nice for a quick swim. There are long chairs and hammocks available. The food is really tasty!

The location is up the hills in Minca and is a bumpy ride to get there, but that is to be expected since you are in nature. Our room was big and spacious and we had an amazing view that was a combo of nature and the city of Santa Marta. They had amazing juices and the food was really up to standards. The tours/cleansing ceremonies that we booked through them were really nice and worth it for the money. We did the fire ceremony, ancestral healing massage and cocao tour with waterfall (lot of walking but worth it!). The staff was very friendly and the property was amazing to unwind and relax. Take note that to get to your room you do have to climb some stairs that are made of rocks but it's totally doable, just not your typical hotel, but again you are in nature and its to be expected.

This was an awesome spot to base ourselves for four nights in Tayrona. It's really well located to head either direction any given day. It's quiet, peaceful, and comfortable - all things that were surprising given the location. The beds were very good, the pillows were great, and the tent wasn't unbearably hot either. Showers and toilets were clean, restaurant was great and really varied (fairly priced too given location), and the wifi worked in the restaurant and reception which was a nice treat. Toucans flitted between the trees every morning, howler monkeys were screaming nearby, and we spotted a Cotton-Top Tamarin out the rear of the property a few times. It feels very remote, and being able to enjoy the animals, birds and nature before and after the swarms of people start moving through was definitely the highlight of our time.
