Hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was very accommodating. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They worked with my schedule in order for me to be able to enjoy all the amenities that the resort offered.

The location is great - close to the city, but secluded, with excellent views of Jebel Hafit and it's surroundings. We enjoyed our heritage tent room, the all around excellent service from staff and how easy it was to get around thanks to the hotel providing an on-demand shuttle service. Our private little firepit with the complimentary bundle of firewood was a treat and every meal we had at the restaurant was nice! If anyone is arriving by car which is not a 4WD or SUV with good ground clearance, recommend leaving it at the parking lot and the staff will kindly come and take you to your room. I also want to share that for the one complaint we had during our stay, the team did everything they could to ensure that it's resolved and how much we aprecciated them for doing so - it's very easy to leave a 5 star review when nothing goes wrong, but the mark of true hospitality is the effort that went in to ensure that when we did have an issue it was escalated and solved.
Many thanks to the entire amazing team over at Pura - Guru, Ivy, Abed, Mr Safouen the GM and everyone else who made our stay so pleasant! We will be coming back soon!

Great experience out in the middle of the desert. Brianne and Salem were great, we had a lot of fun in the activities we did (date farm tour and dune bashing). Great place to go and disconnect

We had a lovely stay at Liwa nights. The staff really made it for us, so accomodating and helpful with any requests and just so friendly. A very special experience to be camping in the middle of the desert.
Not much around, so enjoy the peace and quiet. Take a good book. Turn the phone off. Relax.

This is an amazing place🤩🤩🤩 First time I’m staying in a dome house and so perfect experience! All corresponds to the declared: design is so fine and relaxing, natural materials and that private small pond is a corner of heaven 😍

The Superior Chalet was very comfortable with a convenient kitchen facility including all necessary cooking utensils. The air conditioning inside the tent was very good. The kids loved the loft bed, private pool and the general ambience of the location. The reception staff were very cordial and courteous, special mention to Mr. Hossam. They had given vouchers on check in for activities in and around the camp, but unfortunately due to the weather warning we could not utilise it.

We stayed in both the cabin and the airstream. The cabin was amazing...we would live in it! The airstream was also a fun experience. We liked having the bikes available to ride around the property. The cabins and airstreams were well spaced. The staff was amazing and super helpful! The amenities nearby and the mangroves walk were also very nice!
