The Boschendal Farm Estate is in an simply amazing setting surrounded by pristine nature. We were super lucky that we got a room so short-term, because normally it's been booked out well in advance. We just loved our bungalow, the size and the style (there were so many beautiful details). The restaurant was also great, we loved the sharing options, it was delicious and it was very kid friendly. Ahh, and the picnic on Sunday was just such a special experience. Highly recommend! That's it. Just a 100% recommendation.

Very unusual accommodation! If you want to be closer to nature this is the best place. Very comfortable. Very beautiful. Inside there is everything you need. We had a few questions but the staff quickly solved them. Thank them for that. The only thing is that I would like to have more information about the hot tub. On the first day it was prepared by the staff but we waited 2 hours for it to cool down. On the second day we decided to heat it ourselves, it should be noted that it took 3 hours. Overall, everyone liked it!

When you select to book this style of accommodation its for a reason. Once upon a Dome was everything and more than we ever imagined. Fabian is on hand to greet you to starting the Hot tub and showing us around. Its such a great concept and everything was thought of. We stargazed until it started raining so got to experience nature in its entirety. We Spent time on the Chill Net and in the Hot Tub. We were lucky with perfect weather. Loved the bathroom design with a 'garage door' that allows an open air setup. Nevermind the pop up tv screen at the end of your bed. Well done Once Upon A Dome. You have created a magical concept.

It’s set in a lovely location, and had great added touches with heated blankets! It’s really close to the wine tram terminal and the host was great:)

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at; not only in Franschhoek, but of all the places I have ever stayed at before. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The farm and surroundings are gorgeous and peaceful, and the location to the town center is perfect. One could stay here in the winter or the summer, due to the indoor fireplace, hot tub and outdoor braai area. I love that it is also very private. Our host was extremely attentive; responding immediately whenever we asked her something. She was very friendly, helpful, and it was clear that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. We will now be staying here every time that we are in Franschhoek!
