We booked a private king lodge, the view was awesome, and we found the pool to be essential in January, and after heavy rain the pool was cleaned early the next morning. The room itself was serviced daily and even the braai was cleaned. All in all 5* self catering in my opinion.

Only a 15-minute drive from Kruger National Park, this lodge is located in Hazyview. It has an outdoor pool with sun-lounger terrace and offers nature walks led by experienced guides.
