We stayed at the Gondwana Family Lodge. The rooms are freshly renovated and really pleasant to live in. The food was tasty and uncomplicated in the best way. The service was more than excellent — warm, attentive, genuinely caring with individual approach to each guest. Special thanks to our ranger, Nicole (Dacota). Her stories about animals and plants made each game drive vivid and memorable. She truly made the experience special.

What a gorgeous location!! Right in the middle of nowhere. Peaceful, serene. Everything you need in the cabin. There is a little pool that can be heated up but we weren’t there long enough to try it out. Comfortable beds, kids loved sleeping in the tent. Only 5 minutes from the town but you really feel like you’re out in nature.

Located 6 km from Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve, HighlandsView provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared kitchen for your convenience.

A very close to nature experience, just the way we wanted it. The tents were comfortable and nice! Just as the dining area. Very friendly host family! We would love to come again!
