Peaceful Retreat in Chiang Mai Our stay at this newly built villa surrounded by jungle and farming land was wonderful. Everything was spotless and new, and the views were absolutely stunning. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, greeting us warmly upon arrival—even with our last-minute, late-night booking—and preparing a delicious meal for us. They even waved us off when we left, which made the experience feel extra special. We needed to check out extra early, and the hosts thoughtfully accommodated this by preparing breakfast for us, which we enjoyed while watching the sunrise. It was a magical moment that truly made our stay unforgettable. Whilst the villa is secure, as with anywhere in Thailand, there can occasionally be unwanted insects. We had bug spray with us, so it wasn’t an issue, but we’re sure that if we had mentioned it to the hosts, they would have had some on hand and handled it right away. The serene surroundings and peaceful atmosphere made this an incredible escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy Thailand’s natural beauty!

Everything! Location, Hostel, Staff, everything was really awesome, such an amazing price rooftop was a bonus! Yummy coffee shop, staff go above and beyond and I was able to share food with them for the moonfest. I came back here to stay again because I was so impressed the first time! Thanks heaps guys

Such a beautiful place with stunning views of the mountains. We stayed in one of the bubble rooms and the bathtub was amazing. The staff were so accomodating and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. The shower was also really good (one of the best we had in Thailand). It’s a great location for exploring Chiang Dao. They offer a dinner service as well which is fairly priced and tasted great. No need to stress if you arrive late in the day and are hungry.

This was the perfect stay, that I needed very much. I was recovering from some medical issues, and needed to jump back into critical remote work with focus and without distraction. Eden Farmstay was a dream come true. The owner is hands-off, giving us space and freedom to enjoy the property. There are multiple different areas for chilling, setting up the laptop, reading, relaxing, etc. Friendly cats roam the property. The self-service cafe is a nice touch, too! Pizzas, fresh salad, and some of the best coffee I've had. The local market is a 10-minute (free) scooter ride down the highway, and Doi Saket (town) is 10 minutes the other direction. Incredible cheap! Fresh sushi for 5 baht, a kilo of mangos for 15 baht. Cheap food around. It was really what I needed, and inspiring for what I seek from the rest of my travel career and life. I will return, and for longer. Thank you!
