We had an amazing stay at Isange Paradise Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even preparing a delicious picnic lunch for our early trip to the national park. The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true getaway. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor. Highly recommend this place for its comfort, great service, and fantastic meals!

If you are looking for luxury hotels go somewhere else but if it is authenticity that you want, you found the right spot. We woke up with the view over all of the volcanoes, the place is simple but lovely. Situated near a village where you can easily go for a walk. Olivier made our stay very special with his kindness and sweet attentions ( fire, blankets, hot tea ..) and Michael is doing everything he can to organise our stay ( car with driver, paperwork for the parcs, advices ... ) The breakfast is stunning with fresh fruits and pretty view . The dinner plate is huge ! Can't recommend more .
