The staffs are very helpful. They helped me to bring my luggage and ordered taxi when I checked out also they helped me to find easy way to Namsan. The hotel location are very strategic. Just 1 minute to Chungmuro st by walk, only 1 station to Myeongdong st, 1 minute to get off from bus station to Namsan Seoul Tower. You can also get Airport Limousine near hotel.
