I loved this place. The most beautiful beach with some okay food places near by without needing a motorbike. I was worried about safety as stayed in a tent but they provide lockers and I felt very secure.

You get what you order, in our case a humble tent. But for the price and our needs it was perfect, it jad a mosquito net (recommended to use some mosquito spray aswell) and a fan. It wasn’t too hot with the fan. The toilets and shower are clean and spacious. Only cold water. Staff was super friendly and helpful. You can buy ferry tickets and rent scooter from them. We liked the location a lil bit away from the noisiest bars. Note that the walk to tents is a quite steep hill. So not suitable if you are not able to walk it.

You leave the tent and you’re on the beach, the tents are good size, with fan and sockets. It’s the rather quiet part of the beach as well, and the owner was super cool, even took us out at night to see the plankton which was the favourite part of my whole trip to Cambodia.

A Hidden Paradise with Wonderful People and Friendly Pets The people at SunBoo were incredibly friendly—Niana, Connie, Paul, and Nina. I had great conversations with them and we even enjoyed a movie night together! The food here is definitely worth mentioning; it was delicious. And of course, the sunset and the beach are absolutely top-notch. During my stay on Saracen Island, I had the chance to go snorkeling and ride an ATV, both of which were amazing experiences. If you’re looking to escape the crowds and find a secluded beach paradise, SunBoo is the perfect choice. One note: if you want to go diving, be sure to book a day in advance. To reach Sunset Beach, you’ll need to hike over a small hill, but trust me—it’s completely worth it. And don’t forget to say hello to the six cats and two dogs here—they’re all very friendly and make your stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you again, SunBoo!
