Everything was so thoughtfully designed to create an amazing guest experience—beautiful infrastructure, lots of amenities in the room, and great heating, which really mattered in the cold. We're at a loss to describe how magical this place is. We had already seen so much of this wonderful country and didn't think anything could top our other stays; we were wrong. The views are incredible, the stay incredibly unique and off-the-beaten path, and the staff was over-the-top welcoming and helpful. We still can't stop talking about the service we received from the three staff members with whom we interacted the most: Kobayashi Ryuji, Tanaka Kazuma, and Dondee (sp?). If you want all we received, plus immersing yourself Japanese recreation culture, stay here!

We loved our stay at Glamping Resort Varie!! The staff was incredibly kind and the manager helped us call taxis to and from the location we wished to visit when we were unable to do so ourselves and was readily available. :) We also had a beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our pod.
