United Statesstaff and workers were all extremely nice and helpful going out of their way to help. every thing that we needed was there
and readily available. the facility was clean and well maintained. We had a few problems ( the heater was a little tempermental but a technician was there very quickly to fix it, and a pipe broke in the bathroom also fixed very quickly). When i return to Rome i will definitely stay there again .Our general opinion of the hotels and the VBRO rentals was a
disgusting Bait and switch ( quote one price and then double when you leave) THAT DID NOT HAPPEN WITH FABULOUS VILLAGE every thing was as it was quoted you rate a 10/10 thank you
