The entire property is nestled in the stunning Italian countryside, surrounded by rows of olive trees, apple orchards, and vineyards. It is conveniently located near picturesque lakeside villages and only a 10-minute drive from major attractions like Gardaland, Movieland, and the zoo. Verona is just 30 minutes away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Everyone we interacted with, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, was helpful and polite. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a holiday stay. The bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable. Our son loved the swimming pool, as well as the slides and trampolines. There is even a goal and some footballs for added fun! We enjoyed several dinners at the on-site restaurant, which is beautifully decorated. The waiting staff were exceptional and happy to recommend wines (from their own production) and dishes if we were undecided. They were also wonderful with our 4-year-old son, ensuring he enjoyed his meal and engaging him in conversation. Special thanks to Vito for going above and beyond with him! Our evening meals were generally excellent, especially the pasta dishes. The meat was of high quality, though I prefer a more precise level of cooking. One night, I ordered a rib of beef on the bone, asked for it medium-rare, but it came out well-done. Despite this, it was still delicious and had a lovely flavor from being cooked on the outdoor charcoal grill. The only area for improvement is breakfast. The coffee comes from an automated machine, which is far below the usual Italian standard—a stark contrast to the excellent coffee served in the restaurant during dinner. The breakfast selection is good, featuring cold cuts, cheese, pastries, cereal, biscuits, and homemade jams, but it became repetitive after a few days. Some of the baked goods didn't meet my expectations.

Superb and welcoming service — the staff were very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. The property is beautifully located right next to the lake. I highly recommend choosing an apartment with a lake view. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including kitchenware, towels, and other essentials. The spacious terraces and free parking are great advantages. There is also a restaurant within the village that offers a lovely view of the lake. We traveled around Lake Garda, and this property truly has one of the best locations, providing quick access to the main roads that connect to other towns around the lake. It is conveniently located about 45–50 minutes by car from Bergamo Airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

We had everything we needed. Very friendly staff were always ready and helped us with many things. Handing over the keys was very easy and the apartment is beautifully furnished.There was a pool table, table football, table tennis and many other games, a trampoline in the garden and slides for children. The pool area was heated especially for us and we could have barbeque outside.

The location, between Verona and lake Garda is very convenient. But you have the feeling you are in the middle of nowhere, which is fantastic. We stayed in a brand new caravan with everything we needed. Including towels, dishwasher tablets, a lot of toilet paper, soap, good shower, good beds, very clean! The restaurant was amazing, very fresh self made food. We loved it. The pools where very nice. And during the day you can lunch at the pool. Very nice coffee. The grass part with the red beds are for local people to spend their weekends. We liked it to be surrounded with Italians to see there habits. Chatting live with each other in the pool in stead of being on a mobile phone all the time. Really love this place!
