I came to Camping Pilzone to catch some sun and get some rest. Well, the sun I didn't get, but what a perfect place it was to relax and find the rest I needed. With my caravan directly at the lake I was treathed by the sounds of singing birds and the moving of the water. The caravan and the camping where basic, but comfortable and with everything needed. Also camping Pilzone was a very good base to explore the environment. On walking distance from the trainstation of Pilzone it was easy to reach by public transport and easy to explore surrounding villages like Iseo and Sulzano (Monte Isola). But honestly, you don't HAVE to leave Pilzone. The village has all you need, from a bakery with delicious bread and fruttagata with fresh fruit, vegetables and regional products to restaurants (I can recommend Bella Iseo Ristorante) and nice walking tracks. I can absolutely recommend staying at Camping Pilzone. Thank you to Mario for being such a kind host. I felt very welcome and had a lovely time.

Lake Iseo and Monte Isola so as other small villages/cities are so beautiful that it is a pity if you cannot stay at minimum 3 to 4 days and walk or cycle to explore the surroundings and nature. The camp itself is located at the lake and is a 10 minutes of walking distance to the city center of Iseo. It is well organized and family oriented. If you did not have a time to do groceries, there is a small shop; there is also a restaurant with very affordable prices. We were located in the apartment which is not mobile and we were happy with our accommodation.

Excellent place to start vacation with beautiful view to the Lago D'Iseo through olive trees. More or less close to visit Milano, Bergamo and Brescia. Place contains also little pizzeria, nice pool and table tennis possibility. Very friendly place and people.

First of all this camping is positioned in a very special place of Italy. We never thought to come here but had to re-book our stay a week before we left. Luckily we did, otherwise we wouldn’t have met Davide and Elena (the owners). Who are the loveliest and most careful hosts you could wish. There was a lot of space around the tent, in a quiet forest on the mountain. There are a lot of hikers and small groups, but it stays nice and peaceful. There is a nice little cafe and restaurant, with local products and good coffee! Make sure to chat with the owners and get to know their mission and goals. We had a great time♥️
