Great hilltop location with lovely views of the lake and rolling Tuscan hills. Marco was an excellent host, making sure we were all set for breakfast each morning, and sorting out a new gas canister for the stove within half an hour of us running out. The cool tub and bbq have been well used this last week!

Everything was very nice. The stuff was very helpful and positive. The place was useful and convenient nearby the sea and town. We were so glad to stay here.

Green territory, modern equipped cabins and nice beach. It was quite cold in May, so we were glad that we could use air conditioner in a heat mode. Wi-fi worked well. Due to mid season check-in and check-out process didn’t take a lot of time. The deposit was paid by card, no cash needed, but there was an ATM just right to reception just in case. Restaurant offers large choices of pizza (and not only pizza) with a take away option.

Visited again so just good news from the last year. Shuttle minibus to the beach replaced with a trackless train - now has enough capacity for child prams and dogs - excellent! Annoying swimming caps in the pool no longer required - also great news! Minimarket opened this summer - no longer needed to go the town for a fresh bakery. Otherwise good service and great place to stay as before!
