The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was great and well priced. They provided room service, which could be eaten on the large terrace in front of the room. They also brought our food down to the beach every day for us and were very helpful with our 2 year old son. We look forward to returning to Palolem in the future.

Om shanti lives up to its name. Quiet, friendly, good service ( money change, taxi), safe, the staff was taking care excellently and always ready for a little talk. Good food and coffee available all day, served wherever you want. The garden with the huts gives a cosy atmosphere so you can sit on the veranda and feel like it is a small village. Amazing resort! Unique locatioin - it is long way to get in, but it offers quiet location isolated from a crowd. The staff is fantastic, especially Rakesh who took care of us. The food was excelent, tasty and served under the cocoa palms:) I wholeheartedly recommend this resort!:)
