The guesthouse itself retains that essential, laid-back, old-Goa atmosphere that is becoming rare. ​The Staff (The Real Gift): The long-serving staff and the owner, are truly the heart of this place. They are consistently warm, helpful, and accommodating. They recognize me year after year, and this personalized, family-like hospitality is what makes every stay so comfortable and reliable. ​Excellent Value for Money: Even with the rooms I choose (like the Deluxe Double with Balcony), the pricing remains incredibly fair for the North Goa location.. The cottages were fantastic. A beautiful little house, so very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The cottages were well maintained and had stunning views The cottages expected our expectation . It was impeccably clean and the location was perfect offering both privacy and convenience Sagar and the cook are the perfect hosts and were excellent with us. Excellent base for travelling around, breath-taking views. So peaceful and calm. Thank you both so very much for making our holiday so very special.
