The location and staff were exceptional. The caravan was clean, comfortable and very relaxing (best shower ever!!!! Was not expecting that!) also the lib next door was outstanding food and drinks were delicious and very reasonably priced (book ahead though as everyone knows how good they are).

I got a very friendly greeting on my arrival, the owner showed me around and pointed out how everything worked, the central heating was on and everything you could want is here Towels, bedding, toiletries, coffee maker, kettle, pots pans cutlery etc even an air fryer. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, everything smells fresh, nice comfy sofas and beds too. The site is friendly and well kept, own parking spot right beside the Mobile Home, the site operates a quite a time between 10pm and 7am so its super quite. Would recommend and stay here again.

Super nice and quiet location next to the river. The tent was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers looked brand new. There was a grill and fire pit available for each tent.

Cannot recommend Allison's lovely Shepherd's Hut highly enough. The finishings are excellent, the location is fantastic, Allison had very kindly left food for us in the property as well as toys for our young children (she even lent us a pushchair), the beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding... everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Had a wonderful stay and Dominic couldn't do enough for us. Wonderful host and wonderful site, Bell tent and Hot Tub was brilliant and Ross-On-Wye and the surrounding area is amazing.

The homes are in a new development and part of the initial phase so there are ongoing works but this didn’t trouble our stay at all. The homes are beautifully furnished and have all the essentials you’ll need
