The Silverland May Hotel met our expectations 200%. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an extremely warm welcome, we even managed to get a room earlier, so we could rest after a 24-hour journey. The room was spacious, large, with a view of the city, a balcony, clean and well-kept. The service was fantastic and helpful, thanks to them we were able to easily book a trip for the next day, they helped us organise transport, gave advice. The location of the hotel itself is ideal, the location in the centre means that many of the city's attractions can be easily seen during a walk, while the street itself is quiet enough that the noise of the city does not disturb the room. Another plus is the afternoon tea, during which we experienced a live concert. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The staff are always busy due to the high volume of work, but they are consistently available when needed and greet you with an amazing smile at all times. The rooms are very comfortable, extremely clean, and always smell pleasant. They also have large windows, which makes the space feel bright and welcoming. Breakfast is great, with a good variety and quality. I truly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
