The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at this 4-star hotel. Staff- all pleasant and attentive. They speak good English too. They will even give recommendation where to get Nails and hair done. Location - very close to the Lake and everything. Lots of other restaurant nearby. Massage- super nice. got 3 full body massage during my stay. I ended up extending my stay and they gave me a room upgrade. Restaurant - aside from the normal buffet breakfast, they also serve Ala cart during breakfast for free. In room dining is excellent. The pan seared Salmon with Passion fruit is my favorite paired with the lava cake. I ordered it 3x during my stay. Definitely coming back to Hanoi and rebooking this hotel.
