Things that they stand out in: Only hotel to have enough amenities, space and options that if one wished, they don't need to leave the hotel. Outdoor space, indoor space, space for sports, for kids, for business, spectacular size and quality of spa, big parking for all guests, organized outdoor cookouts, great restaurant options within the hotel.

Owners and staff very kind and helpful, but not intrusive. We had extremely enjoyable stay there!

Although the staff struggled a bit with English it was noticeable they did there best to accommodate us the best possible way. Boravili smo u apartmanu sa decom i sve je bilo izuzetno prijatno. Posebno nas je iznenadila kutija sa igračkama i društvenim igrama koja nas je dočekala, to do sada nigde nismo videli i deca su bila oduševljena. Imali smo lepe zajedničke večeri u druženju. Krevetac za bebu bio je vrlo kvalitetan i stabilan, a u njemu nas je dočekao i mali poklon za bebu, što nas je posebno dirnulo. Zaista se vidi da vlasnici razmišljaju o potrebama gostiju i da se trude oko svakog detalja. Sve preporuke, sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti!

Guests can make use of a bar. Excellent stay! The apartment was very clean, warm, and nicely furnished, with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The location within Kraljevi Čardaci is peaceful, and access to the ski slopes is easy by car, although bus transport is available as well. The spa center in the complex is fantastic for relaxing after skiing. The host was kind and communicative. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!
