Massages, facials etc are payable. The restaurant was open all day. Breakfast is top notch. Definitely will be back but must book for at least one week to fully appreciate the facilities.

Mercure Krakow Fabryczna City offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. The room was big and we had plenty of space for the four of us. We had two toilets which was very nice! Breakfast was yummy. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids each evening of our stay.
