Sheets and towels seemed new and were also very clean. The view was pretty and the staff kind and helpful. The aircon and Wifi worked well. It was quiet and restful and good value for money. I wish I had taken inside pictures-was a pleasant surprise!

Renai Hotel Kota Bharu (formerly known as The Grand Renai Hotel) is located in Kelantan’s commercial and shopping district. The hotel offers an outdoor pool and 3 dining options. We stayed at The Renai Hotel in Kota Bharu for just one night before our flight, and we were truly impressed by the quality and elegance of the property. The rooms are beautifully designed, with great attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness, and excellent comfort. Everything in the hotel reflects refinement and care, from the stylish common areas to the small details that make a real difference. The staff were kind, professional, and very helpful, making our short stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. A truly elegant and welcoming hotel that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and classy place near Kota Bharu Airport. Thank you to the entire Renai team for the impeccable hospitality, we hope to return soon.
