modern comfy studio apartment in authentic restored Montenegrin village at the top of the hill on Lustica peninsula. Stunning views. Close to Tivat airport, a long way from Podgorica airport. lovely staff, friendly dogs and cat refreshing quiet pools x 2 lovely optional breakfast.

The location of Rose is so perfect and the apartment was too! The host was so kind and went out of his way to help us get to Dubrovnik. We were so thankful for his help. The view from the window was stunning right onto the water and it was so nice to hear the waves at night.

Such a spacious apartment with a spectacular view in a location that couldn’t be better. Super clean and comfortable with outdoor areas to relax in as well.. or sip that afternoon wine. 🍷 Host checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and was free to offer advice whenever I needed it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

There is a family atmosphere. The owners are knowledgeable and helpful people. We loved them so much we recommend them to all customers. The house is in a perfect location, cleanliness, furnishings, pool, sea, everything was perfect.

Very quiet location. Relaxing. Lovely apartment. Very beautiful area to visit away from the busy areas and extensive constsites of Budva, Kotor and Tivat. Food in the restaurant was lovely too.
