All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. At the room there were various snacks, fruits and drinks. Thank you and we will stay again when we visit Arima Onsen once again.

All the traditional ryokan elements with a touch of class, modernity and refinement. Super well located for the 7 onsen - close to Goshono-yu, our favourite! Food was stellar! The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Dinner was truly fabulous, with a delightful menu that exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was more standardized, but still enjoyable. The onsen facilities were a highlight—clean, spacious, and very relaxing. My room offered a stunning panoramic view of the mountains and the hotel pool, and it was immaculate throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone (with or without kids) looking for a relaxing retreat.

With an open-air bath, the 4-star ryokan has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The accommodation provides a lift, free shuttle service and luggage storage for guests. The entire stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We loved wearing the yukata provided by the ryokan. The dining experience was outstanding — exceptional service, delicious dishes, and the luxury of a private dining room. I also found the location ideal: peaceful, charming, and close to all the onsens. I honestly don’t get the complaints about distance, everything important is conveniently nearby in this small town. Unless you’re going to the station a lot, the location couldn’t be better.

This 4-star ryokan provides a spa experience, with its public bath and open-air bath. North Disaster Earthquake Monument is 4.7 km from the ryokan and Kehi Shrine is 5 km away. Very helpful staff, good cleanliness, very comfortable futons to sleep on - got the best sleep of my two week Japan trip here, close to all public onsens and also houses a very good private onsen

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with several private and public onsen, both indoor and outdoor! The staff is super nice and they could accomodate my request for vegetarian meals (they were exceptional, congratulations to the chef!). The room had the private toilet while the shower is at the onsen, as it is traditionally. You are also provided with the yukata and the onsen pass to go to the public onsens of Kinosaki. Would absolutely recommend it!
