Not palatial, glitzy, or otherwise over-the-top - just pleasant as well as economical. They took a rather old building and only did as much renovation as was necessary to make it modernish. The work that was done, however, was first class. Even the elevators were a pleasant surprise. That’s how I view Tayko Bilbao. The weather wasn’t the greatest but we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel aspect of our Bilboa stay.
