Mizo and Mufa are the brothers managing this hotel and they are really kind and helpful people,who care about every need of their guests in the hotel;they are very flexible and attending in every matter. The breakfast is delicious with coffee,tea,juices and a variety of breads,butter,jams,ham,cheese,yougurt,crepes,pastries and more,and all fresh.It is served by the waiters on the roof who are really professional,polite and service minded.Is always somebody on duty for 24 hours and you can order capuccino,milk shakes and more at any time of the day or night. One time I was even served breakfast at 1 pm with no problem,and with great dedication and smiles from the waiters in the roof. The view from the terrace is amazing looking at the Sphinx and the Pyramids and the entrance of the hotel is just 30 meters form the ticket office and and 20 meters from the Pyramid's entrance.Next to the hotel there is mini market,souvenirs shop,restaurants,ATM and more. The rooms are very big and spacious with a big wardrobe,chairs and table;the rooms are very clean and you can request to be cleaned at any day of your stay. Very important is that the rooms have a properly working air condition,that it is a must in the hot months in Egypt. The bathroom was really clean with proper cold and hot water running in good amounts at all times without any issue.The plenty amount of towels provided were of very good quality,clean and spotless. Taxis and tours are available on request and they are always of good quality and from guides and drivers you can trust. The surrounding areas of the hotel are really safe even there lot of hustle around,there is also so much police around at all times. Definitely the place to stay if you want to be next to entrance to the Pyramids and experience the real and genuine hospitality of Egypt. Hope to be back soon to this small palace in Giza.

The location is absolutely perfect – you get a breathtaking view of the Pyramids right from your room or the rooftop. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel itself is very tidy and quiet, which made it a very relaxing stay. What really stood out to me was the staff – everyone was super friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Giza and looking for a great place to stay with an unforgettable view

We are so grateful for the staff for such good work and warm welcome. Second time choosing this hotel and so happy. Asked for baby crib in advance and upon arrival a good quiet room with crib was ready. Dream for mama!)) I’m working in a big resort in Sharm el Sheikh and lots of hotels from there need to take an example of hospitality from this small lovely place. Keep going. Definitely well recommended hotel and for us to come back again
